The FSRC Story:

Now, some of you may be aware, often things can get a little silly when you are running for 4+ hours in the middle of nowhere on a mountain in bear, cougar and ‘aggressive’ lynx territory. So at some point along the  first 4+hr run together back in May of 2013, Jesse & Cody came up with the idea of starting the "Frasercore" Club. Boys will be boys and often  tend to have an abundance of silly ideas that they never make happen, but eventually we started to realize how much we all love and value our time we spent running together each and every weekend. Eventually "Frasercore" Run Club turned into Fraser Street Run Club, (which sounded a whole lot more classy) .

What started as a somewhat of a comic-relief-of-an-idea, has now organically grown into something pretty special. (Or so the founding members like to think.) Since the club began nearly 2 years, it has grown from hosting a couple of monthly events to hosting a weekly night run called Feel Good Fridays, monthly trail events and team races, often seeing upwards to 50+ people turn out.
